Feeling like they help!
It's very hard to review vitamins and supplements because you can not accurately assess the effectiveness. I must say that I was starting to come down with a cold and started taking these because I ran out of the capsules I usually take. I also started using a saline nasal rinse but I never really got sick so I'm guessing they helped!
