Defective Product
I followed the instructions for installing the black ink cartridge. I tried to print with it. The printer produced 18 sheets of blank paper. Nothing printed. I went through aligning the print lines, print head nozzle check, print head cleaning. The color cartridges that were already installed and had not been replaced worked well. The black cartridge that I purchased and had just installed DID NOT WORK AT ALL.
