Great attachment for pastries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pastry beater attachment is excellent. I was always too intimated to make pastries that involved cutting very cold butter into tiny cubes. This attachment makes it much easier to handle more advanced pastries. I also used it for my mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving. I haven't used it for shredding meat yet, but I'm excited to try it.

A great beater!!

I was skeptical of this but the reviews made me take a chance. I love this beater. I am gluten-free and make my own biscuits. This beater does the trick. I can get the ingredients quickly incorporated into the dry ingredients quickly and efficiently. This has become my go-to beater. Thank you so much!!!

Wife loves it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife does most of the baking and I do the tasting. This pastry beater attachment has definitely upped the standards. My wife was so excited with the holidays coming and all the baking she does to try this out. And I have toy say her pie crusts are flakey and so delicious. She said thats this takes out so much work of having to hand cut the butter into the flour. Also she said thats with how much faster it is she can make twice as many treats as she could before. It fit our mixer perfectly and is a nice weight. It cleans up very easily and has a good non stick coating. My wifes happy and im happy to keep eating.
