Great customer service
We bought this and everything came in on time and was going together beautifully until I cut the bottom rail wrong. I contacted Dreamline’s customer service and they replaced the part immediately. I had my payment ready to give and the customer service rep refused and said they would be glad to help. Wow, many companies would do themselves a service and take a page on customer service from Dreamline. Thanks so much for everything.

Good looking and well constructed
This door was easy to install following the directions, although it is a little cumbersome to install the inside door. I am especially pleased with customer support. My assistants accidentally dropped one of the panels on the edge and chipped the panel. Customer support sent out another panel under warranty free of charge, even though I was willing to pay for the panel.
