I love using this cup! Personally I prefer to place the lid loosely and at an angle when I microwave my food. I also have the lid vent open for the steam to release. I stir my food after a minute or so. Holds a lot more food than one would expect (large can of Progresso or chunky soups). My friends and family have admired my cup and how convenient it is that I must have purchased a good dozen or more for gifts. I usually include one in my care packages. I wish that they sold a variety of colors for the same price. Highly recommend!
