They are great work like they should on child and adult. Only thing is I thought I was buying a two 6 packs so it wasn't clear of how many I was really purchasing and I chose the blue color in case my grandsons would want to wear them and my one grandson lost both of them and we looked and looked and just by chance my other grandson walked on one is how we found one of them. The funny thing is they look just like the bottom of the pool so if you loose them it's hard to find the blue ones, because we still have one that is lost. but the item as for working as it's supposed to yes they do very well. when I was a child you had one color and the band that if it came off was around your neck so yes more comfortable then having band around neck but need to be able to find if lost. but yes even plan to buy more
