We haven't actually gotten to use it due to social distancing. However we have another one and it's great. It keeps my sons food warm until lunch. He loves the now expanded lunch options. I only bought a second one (if I'm being completely honest) because I didn't want to have to wash the same one every night. So just laziness on my part. The product functions amazingly well.
