Great ingredients and crunchy cinnamon.
These seed thins are made with exciting healthy ingredients that you don't find elsewhere. The cinnamon flavor is strong. I found they were not a problem for my stomach, which is very sensitive. They are quite crunchy and a little thicker than what I anticipated which is OK. My only negativity about them is they are not very many in a box for the price. Overall, I am happy with them and will buy again whenever I can afford to.
