Love this pot. It's my second. Great for vegan cooking. I make stock and beans and whole grain rice in a fraction of the time. Looking forward to making almond milk yogurt. Instant Pot gives me the freedom to make my own foods, w/o additives and preservatives because it saves me a lot of the time required to do that.

What a great idea!

Before I found this clever little gizmo I had my purses hooked over the top of a hanger in the back of my closet. It took up a ton of space and it was hard to get one off. Now they take up as much space as a heavy overcoat, with the different levels and the balance of one on either side. Bravo to the genius who invented this!
