My dentist recommended this and I'm glad I tried it. It's been a couple of years now and i highly recommend it. It has a smoother feel in your mouth that takes a short time getting used to. The taste is different also, but after a few times, I think most will find it is much better than that burning and jolting taste of other mouthwashes. It leaves your mouth tasting fresh and clean. I'm confident my breath is fresh and clean too. I especially like the way you can just squeeze the bottle and get just the right amount. I highly recommend Act fluoride mouthwash if you want to protect your teeth.
