This is nothing like the milk powder they had back in the 80s that was basically just white powder that turned into white liquid. This is milk! You can make it as rich or as watery as you like.

Nice to add to drinks, gravies, and the like
Doesn't have the bitter taste of nonfat powdered milk. My %231 use is to add to hot chocolate. But it's good for gravies, and anything that you want to add "creaminess" to. For example: chicken noodle soup, meatloaf, potatoes (au gratin, scalloped), etc. Seems to be better for my allergies/lactose intolerance.
