I purchased these for my husband because he has to wear steel toe boots at work all day and he has lower back pain. After wearing them for one day he said that he definitely feels a difference and says they are very comfortable. I accidentally got him the 8 and up and his work boots are a 7.5 but he was able to cut it down a bit shorter and it still worked out.

Pain went away!
I had lower back pain that came and went, but was so annoying and painful! then, I saw these insoles at Target on sale, so I thought I'd give them a try. I cut them down to fit in a few pairs of shoes, since I try to wear a different pair everyday. The first day I tried them out, my pain went away! It was so great to be able to walk without pain. I wear the insoles whenever I feel the pain and then it goes away. Thank you Dr. Scholl's for such a great product!
