Instructions
Adults and Children 6 Years of Age and Older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste; remove cap; hold bottle upright and squeeze. Fill to fill line; pour out. Only the correct 10 milliliters dose will pour out vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minutes and then spit out; do not swallow the rinse; do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing; instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing); supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

I've been an ACT Fan for years. Not a peppermint fan, so this Cinnamon Blast flavor is a favorite. They've even improved the shape of the bottle to prevent slippage, a common issue during the early morning 'getting ready' rituals. Gladly recommended!

Best mouthwash in the world.
My favorite flavor in the world is cinnamon. I love the candy, I use Crest cinnamon toothpaste and I use Act cinnamon mouthwash. Ever since I started using Act I have hardly any Plaque on my teeth when I go to the dentist. I hope you never quit selling it because none of the stores here in Nashville ,TN sell it any more. So I will continue to get it from you.
