Excellent with minimal digestive side effects.
Like many folks, if I take too much magnesium or the wrong type, it will cause gastric issues, mainly in terms of diarrhea and bloating. This is one of the very few that I have tried (and I could like the ones I have used if I had a day to type them out!) that minimizes those issues. I take it primarily in the evening to help with relaxation and sleep and it does exactly that. This is a good value for the product offered and it's a quality product. I have been using this for about two years and don't see myself changing anytime soon.

Great Price Point ~ reduced cramping
Excellent price point, easy to swallow pills even tho on the larger size. These have reduced my muscle cramping at night and have helped me get better sleep due to this. I cannot décern on the quality of the ingredients but this specific brand and magnesium formulation was recommended from my orthopedic surgeon.

Magnesium
Magnesium is essential for muscle function, relaxation, and overall nervous system support, and Magnesium Asporotate is a unique, highly absorbable form. I've noticed a significant improvement in muscle relaxation, especially after intense workouts. It's helped reduce muscle cramps and tension, making recovery quicker and more comfortable. Additionally, my sleep quality has improved.
