- 2 tbsp sliced green onions

Directions:
- Heat the rice & quinoa according to package directions.

These are better than described! I LOVE what Minute Rice has done with this delicious combination! The simplicity of it is over whelming because there are only 2 main ingredients! All of the preparations have been done except for peeling off the incredibly difficult white film %26 I set my cup on a paper plate before microwaving for 1 minute! I like quick, convenient, healthy, and inexpensive food. What a fantastic buy. Each cup has 2 servings, which is very inexpensive. You remove the film and microwave 1 minute. I try to stick to an anti- inflammatory diet, so after heating the rice and putting it in a bowl, I often add things like olive oil , spices, orange bell pepper, and kidney beans for a quick and healthy meal. The rice and nutty quinoa smell and taste fantastic!

I bought this recently and really liked it. I plan on buying it again because it's really tasty and very convenient. It only takes 1 minute in the microwave. I like that it's a healthy option to plain white rice. It has a nice flavor on its own, almost kind of nutty, and also is a good compliment to stir fried dishes.
