As a hair stylist, this product it awesome. Yes you can apply it to wet hair but not neccsassay. Apply a ten cents drop on your hands. Rub both hands together an apply to your hair. After drying your hair apply again for shine. It's not oily. If you use hot iron to straighten your hair this product is nessesarry before you use the iron and after.

I have used this product for many years. It adds just the right amount of heat barrier and texture to my hair. It smells great too, not too strong, just right.
