Silk is the best lactose free yogurt!
I found that this yogurt needs to be stirred well before eating. I found small bits of real strawberries within the yogurt as I started eating. the flavor is great and the consistency is smooth and creamy. There are no added sugars and the taste with the almond milk is Great. I would recommend Silk over the others on the market as I have tried all of them. The silk yogurt made with almond milk not soy milk is the best that I have found. I have also tried the chocolate with coconut that reminds me of a candy bar that I love. If you are a chocolate lover like me, you will fall in love with the Silk chocolate with coconut.

Mild flavor and tolerated well
this is the only yogurt my Crohn's disease body can tolerate. And I do have to add a powder medication to the yogurt which I tolerate very well.
