No sugar, less expensive, and tastes good.

I choose the Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk, because it doesn't have any sugar in it and it adds in Vanilla. Since the Vanilla is added I don't have to add vanilla extract to whatever I am using it for. Plus, I like the taste. I choose to purchase it in bulk with Silk, because the Silk brand is less expensive than other brands. It doesn't taste any different than the other brands.

Better than plain milk

Regular milk makes my stomach bloat and causes stomach aches. However, I want the calcium and I like all good aspects of milk except the bloating, etc. I tried Silk coconut milk, vanilla flavor, unsweetened and I really truly love it! Looking at the back of the carton, I was suprised that a cup of this milk is only 30 calories! Will be using it for life.
