I am prediabetic and have heard that almonds are good for diebetices and very healthy so since its cheaper I decided to give the small ones which is what my heart nurse said to have but it was soy I asked about;however I have heard great things about almond milk to. I have had almond milk before and loved it. I intend to drink it as a snack before bed to keep my blood sugar levels stable overnight and have with my medicine. My heart group nurse said not to drink more than a 2liters worth of liquid a day so this 8oz size which is how much she told me I cold have is perfect. I usually buy from some place else which is out of stock.
