He is switched from cows milk to dairy-free almond milk, which is very low in carbohydrates. He makes smoothies with the almond milk and whey protein powder, which he drinks twice a day. Plus, he has cut out all high carbohydrate foods. He eats mostly beef or fish, along with low carbohydrate vegetables. During the previous month on this diet, he lost about 12 pounds and brought his glucose numbers down by almost 100 points.

Great substitution for milk in some cereals

I have a rare allergy in which I cannot have mammal products or even dairy. This is my favorite substitution for regular milk that works with some cereals like apple jacks, honey nut cheerios, and I love it in my coffee too. It's also great with hot brownies out of the oven. I've tried different kinds of milk substitutes like oatmeal, the regular almond milk, and others, and this gets the closest in my opinion.

have bought this a few times so good for my smoothies and making my own coffee creamer with it with a little whipping cream and half n half vanilla extract and powdered stevia taste better than creamer in the store and put some pumpkin pie spice out in mason jar shake it up put in frig shake it every time you use it.
