Love it-- but not exactly like other milk

I always get this because we don't drink a lot of milk and this keeps much better. It has more body than milk and not as likely to scald,--so better for cooking. It doesn't taste the same as real milk for drinking, so that can be good or bad--depending on what you like. The taste is close enough for cooking so you won't notice the different.

I'm lactose intolerant so I rely heavily on plant based milks of all kinds. I like Silk because it's consistently creamy and has a heavier texture than almond or rice milk. It's delicious with cereal. I use it as a coffee creamer when I run out of barista oat milk too. I like to have it in the fridge, along with oat milk and almond milk because I like to use different plant based milks for different things. Silk is one of the first plant based milks I remember seeing in the refrigerator section back in the day. I'm glad it's still around and good as ever.

I've been drinking soy since it became available over 30 years ago. Granted in the beginning it was a definite soy taste if have ever enjoyed soybeans as a snack.. As it has progressed through filtering they mastered a fine taste and a nutrious liquid
