Great Taste

I haven't been able to drink milk for over 30 years. It's a true allergy, breaking out in hives from head to foot. When they invented Almond and Soy milk, I was thrilled. I have to say that I prefer Almond over Soy, because I really like the taste. I use it for cooking also, and no one ever notices the difference. Just be careful to ask any of your guests if they have a nut allergy, because it could be deadly.

Good and easy to drink

I enjoy drinking this as an alternative to dairy milk as it has some of the vitamins and calcium I need. The taste is clean and smooth and not heavy like whole milk. The texture is similar more to 2% milk. The only drawback to me is it doesn't foam as well as dairy milk.
