An amazing multipurpose nondairy cream

Finally, a nondairy creamer that doesn't taste like nuts or coconut! It's rich enough to actually "cream" coffee, but has that neutral taste, making it great for cooking too. We buy four quarts at a time because it has fully replaced regular half-and-half AND coffee creamer in our house.
