I have to admit I was hesitant to purchase because we all know about kids playing ball in the house! This basketball caught the eye of my son so I thought we'd give it a try. It's pretty amazing. Buy this is you hate the bouncing in the house!!!

This thing is awesome. My kid has been begging for one for months and I told him if he can get his grades up then I will buy one. He finally did so I surprised him and he hasn't stopped using it. It's been a life saver in our upstairs apartment. If noise drives you crazy, buy this!!!

It feels like a nerf but does actually bounce like a regular basketball. This is for two new basketballers and this makes their parents happy- it is quiet, [I think] it won't knock pictures off the wall, and they get practice inside when outside is cold and rainy.
