Awful

Awful. I ordered two bags of these chips for a party. Upon arrival (in just simple cardboard box with no packing protection) the chips were completely "obliterated" to crumbles and broken bits. I can't use these chips now. I asked for a refund. Have not received any response. Why would a company ship delicate chips with no packing?
