Very well made, thick and warm. I learned a long time ago that wool socks, like pricey underwear, be hand washed in warm water. Not a big deal to thoroughly rinse then soak overnight in laundry soap and warm water then rub clean and rinse the next morning then hang dry. They will last for years if you don't put them in the washer and dryer.. These are high quality socks.
