Better Than Fancy Electronic Chargers

"Modern" Fancy Electronic Chargers will NOT charge deeply discharged batteries. This charger does not care how deeply discharged the battery is, this charger will try to charge it. That is why it has a timer. You should get a good multimeter such as Klein Tools MM400 600V Auto-Ranging Digital Multimeter available on Walmart for less than a new car battery to test the battery charge. You should disconnect both battery terminals before charging since most modern automobiles have sensitive electronic equipment/features. This charger will do the job and will be available for the future in the rare case that your battery is unrecoverable.
