We have had nothing but issues with this. It doesn't run like it should and it should definitely be colder in the room that it is in. Need to really send it back and receive my money back. Very disappointed in it especially for what o have paid for it. We had got rid of the box once we set it into the window.

Walmart sent me wrong ac for the second order , iam ordered 2 times and received wrong btu ac for 2 times , it's not easy to carry this heavy unit to return to Walmart , order 15000btu on website but got 14k btu instead, hopefully some from walmmart do the correction on their website to help other shoppers

Cools great but….

This cools well if the fan is going constantly, but if on energy saver the start up of the motor is so loud like a whirling freight train %26 will wake you up…that is if you get to fall asleep in between intervals of it starting back up. Also does the same thing when running it on ( DRY) setting when the humidity's high. I thought I was ill because I felt like a fish coughing up water during Texas high humidity summer. You cannot keep the fan on constant except for the ( COOL) setting which brings in outside air. I have another LG in my pool room it does not have this happening but it's an older model. Not sure what to do.
