The orange flavor really helped out after dissolving it and drinking it down. Reminded me of Tang. I was 6 days backed up and used this in conjunction with a 10 oz bottle of liquid Magnesium Citrate. And 3 hours later my stomach started rumbling and then my entire colon was cleared out after 3 trips to the restroom. Ahhhhhh This "solution" is not meant to be taken if you are leaving the house. Super effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the recommended dose that's on the bottle as needed, and i will say it's very effective, It took maybe a day or two to work but it's very effective, The taste was good it tasted like oranges, i've tried unflavored ones before but will be preferring this one from now on.

MiraLAX is a gentle laxative. I find it to be easy to mix and drink. MiraLAX dissolves well in hot or cold drinks. It usually takes two days to work on me.
