Instructions
Adults and children 12 yrs. & older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Do not swallow. Great-tasting toothpaste that actually whitens wit
Crest Pro-Health Whitening Gel is one of the best toothpastes I've tried. It has a smooth texture, fresh minty taste, and it foams well without being too harsh. After consistent use, I noticed my teeth looked visibly whiter. It doesn't cause irritation or sensitivity, which is a big plus for me. The gel is also easy to rinse and leaves your mouth feeling clean and refreshed. The value pack is a great deal too.
