Credit for returned bike

This is a great bike. Very well put together. I loved it, however due to my age m I did not feel safe riding it, as I. Am not as stable as I once was. My issue is trying to get my credit returned for sending the bike back. My credit card that was used has changed . I now have a Visa card. I would like the Credit used on the Visa card but wil. Not give card over the internet due to drawdown. I have called your main office and have NOT been able to speak with the billing dept to get my credit returned to me. If I do not hear from your credit department in the next two days…. I shall report your actions to the Better Business Bureau. Again please credit me for the returned bike.
