I have been on a weight loss challenge, but I need to keep up my protein so I decided to try this because I love peaches. This is the only drink that I can drink with no case problems at all if you like pictures of cream, this is your go to for boost. I just wish it didn't cost so much.

I was given Boost after leaving the hospital and rehab. It is a very easy way to get a more balanced diet when you can't eat so much (stomach issues). I still find some things challenging to eat and I have mobility issues that make cooking also challenging. I like the chocolate best, it goes down easy and I feel better, more “reinforced”. So it can help people like me feel better in general. Compared to a high quality frozen dinner, it's very cheap. Remembering the elderly that reportedly were eating canned cat food when Reagan was President, I think this is a better option.
