Excellent Product & Excellent Customer Service

I originally posted a review that mentioned the rubber baffle doesn't allow water to drain from sink. The customer service department contacted me within 24 hours and said they had a different baffle that might solve my drainage problem. They offered to send it to me at no cost. It arrived a couple of days later and works like a charm! I now have absolutely no issues with the disposal, it works great, the sink drains, and the operation is still very quiet! Thanks customer service! Great job on making me a satisfied customer.

Very Reliable Unit

Purchased an EVO Compact 3/4 hp in April 2007 in Florida. I live in the UK and run it through a 110 volt transformer. It has never missed a beat and is the best purchase of a unit made, far outlasting the locally made units at half the price. Got to laugh as the small suitcase was opened by security; what did the TSA officers think finding a waste disposal unit!
