Works, but no software
No software contrary to description! Bare drive came in unsealed box, no plastic wrap around drive. Appeared to be refurb or restock. However drive does seems to be working.

Ordered BDR-2209, but received BDR-209DBK
Ordered the Pioneer BDR-2209, but received the BDR-209DBK which does not have BDXL capability, does not come with the Cyberlink software, and costs $16.00 cheaper at other websites. Seller does not respond to emails in a timely fashion if at all. Don't know if the drive works or not because this is not what I ordered. Buyer Beware!
