Perfect for picky eaters

I am an autistic person with ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake — extremely picky eating) and finding healthy foods and snacks that are easy to eat and a texture I won't reject is like pulling teeth. These yogurt cups met that need in every way. I've always preferred smooth yogurt to ones with fruit chunks, and will eat it far more frequently than if I have the standard chunky yogurt. It's my go-to for when I don't have the stomach for a full breakfast, but want something healthier than a pop tart, or my late night/right-before-bed snack. I usually get the large tubs, but it's a lot easier to regulate servings with individual cups. (And I can pack them in my work lunches!) This pack is a far better deal quantity- and price-wise than any of the kids' yogurt, which is the same texture. The pack with blueberry and strawberry banana is my favorite, and I am starting to have trouble finding it. Considering it's a major part of my diet as one of my safe foods, I hope they will continue to make and stock this variety for those who want a convenient, healthy snack with a silky smooth texture.
