Southern Living Shining Sensation Weigela Live Shrub in 2-Gallon Grower Pot

Shining Sensation Weigela is a dense grower that produces trumpet-shaped hot pink flowers in Spring and will occasionally bloom again in the Summer months. It requires full sun and has very attractive shiny maroon foliage. It is deciduous meaning it will lose its leaves in the Winter, and then flush again in Spring. The flowers will attract butterflies and hummingbirds to your garden. When planting this shrub, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow release granular fertilizer in Spring. This plant will ship dormant in Winter and is not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
