Delicious Way to Satisfy Hunger
I use Orbit gum to lose weight. It is very effective. I buy a 3-pack every visit to Walmart. Whenever I want a snack, I chew a piece of Orbit instead and the urge passes. It makes my mouth feel clean and my breath, fresh. Less than 5 calories a piece, it is a God send. I have always favored wintergreen, but the peppermint is delicious, too. Try it!
