I read the reviews before I purchased this scooter. My granddaughter was coming for a week and I didn't want to spend a fortune but she is too old for a stroller and we do a lot of walking. My granddaughter is 5 years old and she loved the scooter after getting used to the difference between this one and the one back home. My daughter weights 108 and she was riding it but I felt that was pushing the weight limit a bit. Anyway, bottom line, great product for a great price!
