This is the thing you must try before spending on other products that may not work. just place a few drops over the cat's food and in the water bowl. Give every time you feed and freshen the water. Depending on the symptoms, things are going to improve quickly, from within hours to within a few days, but it does work - since UTIs can recur it is best to always have this remedy on hand - ready in case. Keep the cat's water fresh and feed wet food (canned) daily. I use a plastic placemat w/ a few sheets of absorbent paper towels on top to cope with my cat not making it to the litter box - it works very well. My female cat gets a UTI from seafood and scented litter, so I've completely banished these. Now we use unscented only, I have to check the label on her food to make certain that it does not contain tuna, fish, or any kind of seafood. She has been free of UTIs since eliminating these!
