Autosensing POE ports allow plug and play without configuration though you can manually turn PoE off on any certain ports you want manually. Ton of managed controls on a port by port level allowing any configuration you will likely need. Not as noisy as other switches I have used, slightly more compact form factor with longer ears for rackmount situations to compensate. I would buy it again.

Excellent for network video surveillance
I got this to go along with my in VR that has 32 channels. It only comes with 16POE ports so I needed this Switch. Plug and play. I have 2 camors and one raspberry pi with a Poe hat running off of it right now. Will be adding 2 more pi's and More Poe cameras. I can recommend this Highly

Bought this for bonding two ports
I got this for bonding two ports and was very easy to do now my nas has link aggregation and when accessing from two sources I get double the throughput, I would highly recommend the switch it works very well.
