Doesn't work as a deodorant

I liked the idea of a natural deodorant, but unfortunately, it does not deodorize for very long. In less than half a day I am stinky. I don't mind the scent but it's not the greatest. I like that it doesn't leave a residue on my clothing or underarm, but in the end, if it's not deodorizing, then it's not doing its job.
