This phone exceeded my expectations. The pictures and videos are crisp. It was rather easy to transfer the apps from my other phone. The only drawback is that the phone does not come with a wall adaptor, only the charging wire. DO NOT ORDER THIS PHONE FROM DAC ENTERPRISES. This company deceptively sent me a Latin American version of the phone, which leads to connectivity problems. I tansfered all my information from old phone to the A25 and had no problems. Kindof fast. My husband had came home that night and gave my a brand new A26. So for that reason is why i am returning it. It looked just like a new phone. Didnt see any scratches or marks or anything. I was impressed with the appearance of the phone. What little I bit i played with it worked just fine.
