Product damaged

I never got to like the 3 piece furniture set as it was damaged upon arrival and required the Angi assistant to disassemble and repackage for return. I called on 04/20 to start the return and was assured it would be picked up on 04/25 and after calling back to confirm, found out it was not a completed return and no pick up was happening. I had to call again and start over on the return with another Customer Service Agent. He was very kind and made sure I got a confirmation. However, the entire process has been frustrating, disappointing and time consuming....and I still have no furniture. I can't show a picture as I repackaged the product to be returned. Someone should compensate me for the time lost, funds tied up and having to find another furniture alternative as replacing it in kind isn't possible because it is now out of stock and wouldn't be available until June. UNACCEPTABLE!
