Product works fine.
I have had the Leland Two Handle Centerset Lavatory Faucet for many years. I have recently had to replace the stem and spring & washer. The replacement was simple enough. Delta faucet responded quickly to my request for assistance. The lifetime warranty is great. I had my replacement parts at my house quickly and repaired the faucet. (Good teachable project for my boys to witness) Thanks to Delta for the great service.

Substantial fixture. Solid brass with polished chrome finish
First off, this isn't some cheap faux chrome cad plastic fixture. It's got some heft to it........and the sink stopper is 100% metal as well. When the plumber took it out of the box, he even commented on how nice the unit was. Handles are smooth turning although I dropped one star from performance. The COLD side has a little more tight or stiff to turn than the HOT side. I'd rather have it a little a little stiffer than sloppy. Maybe over time it will loosen up a bit. The Allen screw on the side doesn't effect turning. The screen under the faucet DOES COME OFF. The plumber had a tough time getting it undone for me. Just had a new water well installed and needed to be able to clean out the faucet screen from time to time. The screen housing said 1.5 gpm flow rate. Flow is nice and smooth. No splash back and I have a relatively shallow sink. Stopper works smoothly. I've attached photos to give you an idea of size, appearance on a sink and how far the faucet sticks out into the sink area.

Good looking and great working
This product was installed in our home when it was built 8 years ago. We haven't had any issues. Just recently, after normal wear and tear, we experienced a leak in the handle. We called Delta, reported the issue, and replacement parts were sent out. We have installed the replacement parts, the leak is fixed, and it's working like new again.
