Best Pot in the House
I love the Accolade 2.5 qt pan. It carmelizes brown rice perfectly. The best pot in the house, and now I'm looking for more. I love the quality and the product is worth the expense. While the pot is heavy, the quality will last many lifetimes. This is the real deal. Cooks like cast iron, but without the strong odor and rust challenges of cast iron.

Gorgeous piece!
I love all of my Anolon cookware, but my set didn't come with a 2.5 qt pot, and there doesn't seem to be one for my particular set. That's okay, no one really sees them other than me. As long as it worked on induction I really didn't care. I love this pot. If my set wasn't only two years old and still in excellent condition, I'd buy more of this style. Either way, it blends in fine.
