Worst snafu I've come across in years

Haven't the foggiest! First, we only get one tracking number, but there are two shipments. Second, I pay for in home assembly, the first of which has to be cancelled because we only have the chairs and they won't come out a second time to put together the table, now they've cancelled that appt to assemble 3 times. We have a bunch of pieces and trash all over the house for over a week.
