For the last few years I have suffered increasing pain on the tops ans sides of both my feet, resultingvin poor balance, pronation, and toe cramping. I did not realize these problems were caused by my extremely high arch and instep. I was losing my ability to work and exercise, and I was discouraged because foot exercises, massage, and pain remedies gave only a little relief. I dreaded the thought of losing my mobility at the young age of 70!
