These rock
These are great and have lasted me almost 2 years. They're comfortable and I'm about to buy more since I've gained weight. I use them for overnight wear and then use hydrogen peroxide to clean them in the morning, then rinse! They're perfect and not irritating like pads.

Why haven't I worn these before? I doubted the idea of wear an underwear that could hold my bladder leaks ans still keep me dry but I have to say I've changed my mind. For years after my hysterectomy I couldn't sneeze or cough comfortably knowing I was going to wet my pants. I eventually started wearing liners daily but I felt wet and smelled bad. The bunching up was not a good feeling too. These underwear are amazing. I feel dry all day and no more urine smell. Seriously! I've bragged for the past couple of days to my coworkers and friends.
