This Low odor/ Low VOC formula has excellent scrubbability so it stand up to frequent cleanings. Ideal for use on properly prepared interior walls, ceilings, or trim composed of new or previously painted drywall, plaster, masonry, wood and metal. Available in Flat, Eggshell, Semi-Gloss Sheens. Chai Tea Latte is a soft, muted, sun-soaked yellow and the undertone is dandelion. This paint color is perfect for an accent wall in a dining room. Combine it with white trim and pops of blues and corals for an energetic appeal.

I got you say this did NOT disappoint! With all of the options on the market, I feel like this is TRULY one of the best. The paint rolls on smooth, covers everything evenly, and looks epic!
