I had purchased a frameless shower door via a distributor a few years back. I had started to notice that the hinges had begun to corrode, to the point that it affected the appearance of the door. I contacted DreamLine and after providing pictures of my concern, they sent me replacement parts which were covered as part of the warranty. I could not believe that Dreamline would stand behind their product after this many years. Allison at customer service was outstanding ...best service and turnaround time I have experienced in a long time. Dreamline will be the place I go to first from now on.

We have had our shower door in place for 5 years and noted some corrosion of the hardware. Dreamline sent us new improved full brass hardware for replacement without charge. This is a very responsive company which stands behind their products! Will be purchasing more of their products as I upgrade my bathrooms.
